Under the direction of the Kentucky Transportation Center's pavements program manager and laboratory manager, responsibilities include basic materials and structures laboratory testing, drilling and collection of asphalt, concrete, and bridge paint specimens, installation and monitoring of field instrumentation, materials testing and equipment operation, and equipment repair. Assists pavement team in daily operations, and operates Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) equipment. Assists in operation of ground penetrating radar equipment. Further information is available at :
