Construction Engineering & Management
The Construction Engineering and Project Management area at the Kentucky Transportation Center researches issues related to the planning, management, execution, and contract administration of transportation construction in Kentucky.  Our previous research in highway construction includes topics on quality control/quality assurance, change orders, improved worker safety, project delivery functions, constructability, lessons learned, design-build and, contractor evaluations. Our research is funded through the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet’s State Planning and Research program and other external funding sources.
