Since July 1999, Martha has worked as the training coordinator for the Kentucky Transportation Center, University of Kentucky. She coordinates the training program directly associated with the LTAP (Local Technical Assistant Program) function of the Center. Prior to this position, Martha worked with the Center as a staff assistant since June 1997.
